罗欢，男，汉族，1996年9月，云南镇雄人，中共党员，工学博士学历。长期致力于有色金属真空冶金领域的研究工作，骨干参与国家级、省部级项目6项，以第一作者身份在Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China、Metallurgical and Materials Transactions B、Vacuum 等冶金领域期刊发表SCI 论文6篇；申请相关专利10余件，其中授权8件。
